All returns are subject to approval by a store manager.
All returns are allowed only with prior authorization. Shortages, damaged or returns must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Returns must be in their original packaging. Returns will only be accepted with a return authorization number issued by the Returns Department. All merchandise must be returned within 7 days of authorization, freight Pre-paid. No returns on special orders or products, which are outdated, damaged or otherwise un-sellable. Returns on hardware (Cameras, Printers etc.) must be in mint condition with factory packaging, blank warranty cards, manuals & accessories and are subject to inspection.
Digital equipment is NOT returnable unless defective. Returned merchandise will be credited to your Foto Club account or replaced AFTER inspection and approval. NO cash or credit card refunds on returned products. Please allow 30 DAYS from receipt of your return for Credit or replacement. Returns that are not due to damages or defects are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Software:
All our software that we stock and sell is sold as a SERIAL KEY that is digitally generated by the Publisher of the software and delivered as a downloadable Key. Because of the digital delivery of the Software and Key, we cannot offer a refund once it has been purchased.
When possible, estimated shipping costs are provided by UPS or FedEx based on your chosen shipping method (Exact Shipping and Taxes will be calculated by our processing staff and added to your order.)

• There is no Fee for WILL CALL ( Customer Pick Up )
