The AUR offering can only be purchased as a Support Agreement, in advance. It is the most responsive offering, providing next day delivery of a replacement printer. The price is higher than the Mail In repair offering.
If a printer needs service, call Kodak’s toll free call center (1-800-23-KODAK). Many problems can be diagnosed and resolved remotely by the call center. If needed, Kodak will ship a replacement printer via expedited delivery services.
