How to Order...

Order Online or Call Toll Free (888) 921-FOTO (3686) and ask for a sales representative. Monday - Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm (PST) and Saturday's 10:00am to 4:00pm (PST). You could also fax orders to (562) 802-7785 or E-mail: info@fotoclubinc.com, please call and verify fax's and e-mails. Do not mail pre-payment on any orders before speaking to your sales representative or customer service representative and confirming prices, freight and availability.

Shipping
Same day shipping before 3:30 (Pacific Standard Time), Monday-Friday. We ship Via UPS, USPS, FEDEX, RPS or ECONOMICAL MEANS of Transportation.

Will Calls
Hours for will calls are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, and 10:00am to 2:00pm Saturdays. Saturday will calls Must be pre-arranged with a representative a day in advance. Please call before any Pick-ups and allow 30 - 40 MIN. BEFORE picking up.

Terms and Conditions
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or adjust quantities or refuse orders that do not meet our requirements.

1st Order must be paid in Cash, Cashiers Check or Credit Card. To pay by check you must fill out application and allow up to 30 days for approval. NSF checks are subject to a $25.00 service fee. Net Terms are available upon credit review, allow up to 30 days for approval. Terms are NET 15, NET 30 or COD company check. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly Late Fee. California inter-state transactions are subject to local sales TAX, unless Resale Certification Permit is provided. Please provide Resale Certificate Permit on first order.

Returns, Shortages, or Damages
All returns are allowed only with prior authorization. Shortages, damaged or returns must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Returns must be in their original packaging. Returns will only be accepted with a return authorization number issued by the Returns Department. All merchandise must be returned within 7 days of authorization, fright Pre-paid. No returns on special orders or products, which are outdated, damaged or otherwise un-sellable. Returns on hardware (Cameras, Printers etc.) must be in mint condition with factory packaging, blank warranty cards, manuals & accessories and are subject to inspection. Digital equipment is NOT returnable unless defective. Returned merchandise will be credited to your Foto Club account or replaced AFTER inspection and approval. NO cash or credit card refunds on returned products. Please allow 30 DAYS from receipt of your return for Credit or replacement. Returns that are not due to damages or defects are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
