With this plan you will receive the following services under the new Advance Exchange Service Program:
1. Sony Technical support provided by Product Operational Services Center (POSC) at 1-800-883-
6817 Option 2, 2, 1; from 8am to 7:30pm, Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding Sony
holidays.
2. Advanced unit exchange the next business day if the call is received before 7:30 pm Eastern
Time, Monday through Friday. The Advance Exchange unit may be a new or refurbished model.
You may receive their original unit back at additional cost.
